Conference Registration

CCGrid2026 is a physical event with the aim of bringing together the technical community in-person, and giving them the opportunity to network, communicate, share new ideas and learn new insights, ranging from research topics to diversity challenges. We do not offer a virtual option for attendance.

Registration Rates

Registration Policy

• Conference/Workshop/ICFEC Author registration deadline is March 22, 2026. Non-author early registration deadline is April 15, 2026 April 30, 2026.
• At least one author of an accepted conference/workshop/ICFEC paper must register as an Author at the "IEEE/ACM member" or "Non-Member" price by March 22, 2026.
• An author with multiple accepted conference papers may have a discount of AUD 400 for each additional paper registration.
• Member registration rates are available for authors with professional members of IEEE/ACM or ACM SIGHPC.
• Conference paper page limit is 10. Up to 2 extra pages can be purchased with a fee (AUD 200 per page).
• Tutorial Day registration is only for "Non-Author" who are interested in attending the first day of the conference (May 18, 2026), including workshop sessions and tutorials.
• Local Student Registration (Non-Author) is a special rate available to current students in Australia. Please note that the conference dinner is not included, but tickets can be purchased separately.
• Registration can be cancelled on or before April 20, 2026. There will be an administrative fee of AUD 150 deducted from each refund.
• Registration includes access to conference and workshop rooms, proceedings, food (lunches and breaks), conference dinner, social event, bag and one-week transport ticket.
• The official invitation letter can be requested during registration.
